Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 3/4 cup Guava, seeds removed and sliced (about 4-5 guavas)

Liquids

  • 1 1/4 cups Light Coconut Milk (preferably from the can), or Non-dairy milk of choice

Sweetener

  • 1 tbsp Agave Syrup, plus more as desired

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Guava: Cut each guava in half and carefully remove the seeds. Slice the guava flesh and measure out approximately 3/4 cup, which is about 4 to 5 guavas.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Place the sliced guava along with the frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, light coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup into a high-powered blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Taste and add additional agave syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
  3. Serve: Pour the smoothie evenly into two glasses and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and freshness.

Notes

  • Use fresh guava when possible for the best flavor, but frozen or canned guava can be substituted in a pinch.
  • Adjust the amount of agave syrup based on your preferred sweetness level.
  • For a thinner smoothie, add more coconut milk or a splash of water.
  • This smoothie can be made vegan and dairy-free by using plant-based milk.
  • To enhance the tropical flavor, garnish with a pineapple wedge or a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
