Instructions

  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and kosher salt. Set this mixture aside for later use.
  3. Cream butter and sugars: Using an electric mixer, beat the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and packed brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
