Ingredients

10 ounces silver tequila

8 ounces Grand Marnier

8 ounces lime juice

8 ounces coconut water

8 ounces canned coconut milk

6 ounces coconut cream

6 ounces coconut rum

6 ounces simple syrup

1 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)

For garnish: sprigs of rosemary and fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. In a large measuring glass or mixing bowl, whisk together tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice, coconut water, coconut milk, coconut cream, coconut rum, simple syrup, and coconut extract (if using).
  2. Mix thoroughly until well combined and smooth.
  3. Pour into a pitcher or punch bowl for serving.
  4. Garnish each glass with a sprig of rosemary and a few cranberries, but avoid stirring with the rosemary.

Notes

  • Whisking is preferred over shaking due to the creamy texture of the drink.
  • To make simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan, bring to a boil while whisking, then cool completely.
  • Drink may separate over time; whisk again before serving.
  • Can be made ahead and refrigerated, then re-whisked or blended before serving.
