Ingredients

2 small beets

2 cups cubed watermelon (¼ baby watermelon)

1½ cups mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, red currants, raspberries)

½ cup pitted cherries

Instructions

  1. Prep the produce: Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Cut watermelon and remove rind if preferred. Trim ends of beets if desired. Remove stems and pits from cherries.
  2. Juice the ingredients: Add everything to your juicer. If needed, cut larger pieces for easier processing.
  3. Serve & enjoy: Pour juice into glasses with ice cubes or refrigerate ingredients beforehand for a cooler drink. Best enjoyed fresh.

Notes

  • This recipe yields about 750mL or 3 cups of juice.
  • Juice can be stored in the fridge for 2–3 days in an airtight container.
  • You can substitute watermelon with blood oranges, or use different red berries.
  • Be sure to remove cherry pits—they are toxic and can damage juicers.
