Instructions

  1. Make the Tropical Butterfly Refresher Base: In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup water, ¾ cup white grape juice, ¾ cup guava syrup, 1 tbsp passionfruit powder, and ¼ tsp citric acid. Heat over low heat while whisking continuously until all ingredients are fully dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool to room temperature.
  2. Prepare the Butterfly Pea Infusion: In a small jar, mix 3 tbsp hot water with ⅛ tsp butterfly pea powder until completely dissolved. Set this aside to cool to room temperature as well.
  3. Assemble the Refresher: In a tall glass, add ¼ cup mango popping boba. Fill the glass with ice to your preference. Pour in ½ cup of the cooled Tropical Butterfly Refresher Base followed by ½ cup water. Stir gently to combine.
