Cowboy Mushrooms are a savory and flavorful side dish that combines earthy white button mushrooms with rich, herbed cowboy butter. The butter, packed with spices and herbs, makes the mushrooms golden and tender. These mushrooms are perfect as a side dish or can elevate grilled meats or steaks as a savory topping. Simple to make, quick to cook, and irresistibly delicious!
