Ingredients

12 ounces parmesan garlic sauce

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

8 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

10 ounces dry pasta, cooked and drained

Parsley, for garnish

Red pepper flakes, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Pour the parmesan garlic sauce over the chicken.
  4. Add cream cheese pieces and grated parmesan on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir to combine with the sauce.
  7. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and add to the crockpot.
  8. Mix until pasta is well coated, garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes, and serve.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a faster version — reduce cook time to 1 hour on low.
  • Swap pasta with zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash for a low-carb version.
  • Add spinach, broccoli, or mushrooms during the last 30 minutes of cooking for extra vegetables.
  • Try Alfredo sauce instead of parmesan garlic for a milder taste.
  • Stir occasionally to help prevent the sauce from separating.
