Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs thinly sliced beef tenderloin or sirloin

1/2 cup teriyaki marinade & sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

810 wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sliced beef, teriyaki marinade, and sesame oil. Toss to coat well. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
  2. Thread marinated beef slices onto skewers.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Grill skewers for 3–4 minutes per side, until beef reaches desired doneness.
  5. Transfer to a platter, garnish with chopped green onion, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
  • Use sirloin, tenderloin, ribeye, or flank steak sliced thin for best results.
  • Add bell peppers, zucchini, or onions to skewers for extra color and flavor.
  • Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds or chili flakes for garnish.
  • Marinate overnight for deeper flavor if time allows.
