Ingredients

½ cup tahini (smooth, runny style)

¼ cup maple syrup

½ cup oat flour

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Pinch of salt

2 tablespoons sesame seeds (toasted or raw, for coating)

Instructions

  1. Optional: Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together tahini and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Add oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll mixture into 10–12 equal-sized balls.
  5. Coat each ball in sesame seeds. Serve immediately or store for later.

Notes

  • If dough is too dry, add more tahini or maple syrup. If too wet, add extra oat flour.
  • For extra protein, add 1 tablespoon protein powder.
  • Customize with mini chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.
  • Dip in melted dark chocolate for a more indulgent version.
