Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons maple syrup

200g semi-sweet chocolate

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Flaky salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Using a spoon or small scoop, portion the mixture into bite-sized mounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze for about 3 hours, or until solid.
  4. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  5. Remove the frozen yogurt bites from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate to coat completely.
  6. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet and sprinkle with flaky salt while the chocolate is still wet.
  7. Let the chocolate set before serving, or store in the freezer until ready to eat.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for the best texture.
  • Frozen strawberries can be used if thawed and drained.
  • Add more coconut oil if the chocolate is too thick.
  • Store bites in a single layer before transferring to a container to prevent sticking.
  • Can be made vegan by using plant-based yogurt and vegan chocolate.
