Ingredients

4 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls (1 package, 8 pieces)

8 sausage links

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook sausage links in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk. Reserve 2 tablespoons of mixture for brushing. Scramble the rest in a skillet until just set.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  5. On the wide end of each triangle, place 1 sausage link, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and a pinch of cheese.
  6. Roll up loosely, tucking filling inside. Place seam-side down on an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with reserved egg mixture.
  8. Bake for 16–18 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Swap cheddar with mozzarella, Swiss, or pepper jack for variety.
  • Add veggies like peppers, onions, or mushrooms to the filling.
  • Use turkey or veggie sausage for a lighter or vegetarian option.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top before baking for extra flavor.
  • Air-fry at 350°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, for a crispier version.
