Ingredients

3 everything bagels

6 eggs

½ lb ground breakfast sausage

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together. Scramble the eggs in a separate pan over medium heat until fully cooked. Set aside.
  4. Slice the bagels open and lay them flat on a baking sheet.
  5. Evenly divide the scrambled eggs and cooked sausage between the bagel halves. Sprinkle both cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden brown.
