Ingredients

200 g telemea cheese (or feta)

200 g cottage cheese

1 tsp Italian herbs

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp poppy seeds

1 tbsp paprika

2 tbsp nigella seeds (black cumin)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together telemea cheese and cottage cheese until smooth and well combined.
  2. Season with Italian herbs and black pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into small walnut-sized balls.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in sesame seeds, poppy seeds, paprika, or nigella seeds for coating.
  5. Arrange on a serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
