Ingredients

1½ cups white chocolate vanilla baking chips

1⅓ cups coffee creamer powder

1⅓ cups powdered strawberry milk drink mix

½ cup mini marshmallows

Milk, for serving

Instructions

  1. Freeze white chocolate chips for about 2.5 hours (156 minutes), then transfer to a blender and grind until fine.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chocolate, coffee creamer, strawberry drink mix, and mini marshmallows.
  3. Divide the mix evenly into three 1-pint jars and seal. Store at room temperature for up to 1 month.
  4. To serve: Heat 1 cup of milk in a microwave-safe mug until hot. Stir in ¼ cup of the cocoa mix until dissolved. Top with extra marshmallows, if desired.
