Ingredients

1 cup cold brew coffee (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons peanut butter (creamy, unsweetened)

¼ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the peanut butter and milk. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour in the cold brew coffee, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend again until smooth and frothy.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the blended peanut butter coffee mixture over the ice.
  4. Give it a quick stir, and if you like, drizzle a little extra peanut butter on top for extra indulgence.

Notes

  • If you don’t have cold brew, brew strong coffee and chill it for a few hours before blending.
  • For a thicker drink, add a frozen banana to the blender for a smoothie-like texture.
  • For a chocolate twist, blend in a teaspoon of cocoa powder or drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
  • Use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version, or almond milk for a dairy-free option.
