Ingredients

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1-2 scoops collagen powder
  • 1 tablespoon sea moss gel
  • 1 tablespoon Neocell hyaluronic acid liquid
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream, room temperature (Zuma Valley recommended)
  • Vanilla liquid stevia to taste

Strawberry Glaze

  • 5 fresh strawberries
  • Juice of 1/2 small lemon
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberry glaze: Place fresh strawberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup into a blender. Puree the mixture until smooth to create a vibrant strawberry glaze. Transfer this glaze to a small bowl or jar for later use.
  2. Sweeten the coconut cream: Transfer room temperature coconut cream into a small jar. Stir in vanilla liquid stevia, about 2 drops or to taste, until well combined. Set this creamy sweetened coconut blend aside.
  3. Blend the smoothie: In a blender, combine almond milk, frozen strawberries, avocado, frozen banana, pitted dates, collagen powder, sea moss gel, hyaluronic acid liquid, and ice cubes. Blend until completely smooth, adding more almond milk if needed to adjust consistency.
  4. Decorate the glass: Spoon vertical lines of the sweetened coconut cream along the inside wall of your serving glass to create an elegant decorative effect.
  5. Add the strawberry glaze: Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the prepared strawberry glaze into the bottom of the glass over the coconut cream for a vibrant base layer.
  6. Assemble the smoothie: Carefully pour the blended strawberry smoothie over the strawberry glaze in the glass. Use a spoon or knife to gently swirl the layers together if desired for an artistic appearance. Serve immediately to enjoy at peak freshness.

Notes

  • The collagen powder adds protein and skin-supporting amino acids; adjust the scoop amount based on your preference.
  • Sea moss gel and hyaluronic acid liquid contribute to skin hydration and elasticity.
  • If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add more vanilla liquid stevia or maple syrup to taste.
  • Using frozen fruit helps achieve the thick, chilled texture without additional ice if preferred.
  • This smoothie is best consumed immediately to preserve nutrient quality and freshness.
  • You can substitute coconut cream with full-fat coconut milk if unavailable, but texture and richness may vary slightly.
