Ingredients

For the Cookie Dough Dip:

⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon brown sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter (or 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder like PB2)

1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

For the Funfetti Dip:

⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon brown sugar (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon multi-colored sprinkles (preferably the long, skinny kind)

Instructions

  1. For either dip, combine all ingredients (except for chocolate chips or sprinkles) in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. For the cookie dough dip, stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. For the funfetti dip, stir in the sprinkles.
  4. Refrigerate the dips until ready to serve. If making the funfetti dip ahead of time, add the sprinkles just before serving to keep them colorful and fresh.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit, pretzels, graham crackers, or any dipper of your choice.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by using maple syrup, honey, or stevia instead of brown sugar, but keep in mind liquid sweeteners may affect consistency.
  • Nonfat Greek yogurt will make the dip grainier, while full-fat Greek yogurt creates a creamier texture.
  • If you don’t like peanut butter, you can omit it or substitute with almond butter or sunflower seed butter.
  • You can add extra toppings to the funfetti dip, such as more sprinkles, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts.
  • If you’re following a vegan diet, use dairy-free yogurt and a plant-based sweetener and nut butter.
  • Larger chocolate chips can be used in the cookie dough dip, but mini chips are ideal for texture.
  • This dip pairs well with fresh fruit, graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies for added flavor and texture.
