Toppings

Instructions

  1. Spread Cheese. Scoop the Alouette Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese out of the ramekin and onto a dinner-size plate or serving platter. Use a spoon to spread it evenly across the plate, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Create decorative swirls and shallow divots in the cheese using the spoon.
  2. Add Toppings. Spoon and drizzle the chile crisp into the divots of the cheese for a spicy kick. Drizzle honey over the top to balance the heat with sweetness. Then scatter the chopped toasted pistachios evenly across the plate and finish with a sprinkle of minced chives for a fresh herbaceous note.
  3. Serve with Crackers. Arrange multigrain crackers around the rim of the plate. Serve the dip immediately for best flavor or chill in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
