½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

¼ teaspoon ginger powder

A pinch of salt

  4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cut side of the peaches turns brown and caramelized.
  5. Gently flip the peaches and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of ice cream, yogurt, pancakes, or any other dish you prefer.

Notes

  • Other Fruits: You can substitute peaches with nectarines, apples, plums, bananas, or pineapples for a different twist.
  • Sliced Peaches: Instead of cutting the peaches in half, you can slice them into wedges and sauté them in the butter mixture. Just ensure the slices aren’t too thin to avoid breaking.
  • Sweeteners: If you prefer a different type of sweetness, try using maple syrup, honey, palm sugar, white sugar, or dark brown sugar instead of brown sugar.
  • Vegan Version: For a vegan version, swap the butter for coconut oil or a vegan butter substitute.
  • Spices: Experiment with other spices like nutmeg, cloves, or vanilla to add depth to the flavor.
