Ingredients

1 cup unsalted dry-roasted almonds

6 ounces dark chocolate (60–70%), chopped

Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a 24-cup mini muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
  2. Divide the almonds evenly among the cups (about 4 almonds per cup).
  3. Place chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium for 1 minute, stir, then continue in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted.
  4. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate over each portion of almonds.
  5. Sprinkle each with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • Try variations by adding dried cherries, toasted coconut, or a drizzle of white chocolate.
  • You can use mini cupcake liners for easy removal and serving.
  • If using regular chocolate instead of dark, the flavor will be sweeter and less intense but still delicious.
