Ingredients

Refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing included)

½ cup Biscoff cookie butter

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ cup Biscoff cookie butter (for the glaze)

2 tablespoons milk (or plant-based milk for a dairy-free option)

Instructions

  1. Unroll the refrigerated cinnamon rolls and spread a generous amount of Biscoff cookie butter over the surface of each roll, making sure to reach the edges.
  2. Sprinkle ground cinnamon evenly over the Biscoff cookie butter for an extra burst of flavor.
  3. Carefully re-roll the dough to form a spiral shape. Place the rolls into a baking dish, leaving space between each roll.
  4. Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the cinnamon rolls (usually 375°F or 190°C) and bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  5. While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by combining the remaining Biscoff cookie butter with milk in a bowl. Stir until smooth and pourable.
  6. Once the rolls are baked, remove them from the oven and immediately drizzle the Biscoff glaze over the warm rolls. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, substitute the milk with plant-based milk like almond, oat, or soy milk.
  • Add a pinch of ground ginger or nutmeg to the cinnamon filling for extra spice.
  • Chop pecans or walnuts and add them to the filling for a crunchy twist.
